CPNZ Rural Community Safety Hub
Rural communities are the backbone of New Zealand — and keeping them safe takes a partnership. Community Patrols of New Zealand, with 165 patrols and 4,500 volunteers nationwide, works alongside NZ Police, Federated Farmers, FMG, Rural Support Trust and other sector organisations to strengthen safety in rural and small-town New Zealand. This hub brings together our rural safety research, practical resources from across the sector, and news of our rural programme — including the National Rural Community Safety Webinar and the Rural Stakeholders Crime Prevention Partnership, for which CPNZ holds the secretariat.
