Good morning all,

With a huge sigh of relief, at midnight last night we shifted into Alert Level 1. Congratulations to each and every one of you for the part you played in eliminating the COVID-19 threat from our country.
With this shift, all restrictions on Patrolling have now been lifted, we only ask that you follow the government’s golden rules for Alert Level 1
  1. If you are sick, stay home. Contact your GP or Healthline if you exhibit any cold or flu symptoms.
  2. Practice good hygiene with frequent hand washing, sneezing/coughing into your elbow and disinfecting shared surfaces regularly.
  3. Keep track of where you have been and who you have seen, in order to assist with contact tracing.
If any of your Patrol Members are concerned for their wellbeing due to underlying health conditions, they should work with their GP and return to Patrolling activities only once they are comfortable doing so.
Please note that access to Police Stations may not be nationally consistent, because of this, we ask that you work closely with your PLO in order to come to an agreement at your local level.
And lastly, a reminder that people will have had different experiences with COVID-19, please keep this in mind and be kind to others.
Thank you
